Analisis Pengaruh Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, Dan Firm Size Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun (2016-2020)

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Firm Size to financial performance of consumer goods industry companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the indonesian stock exchange in the years of 2016-2020. The re-search methodology used is quantitative method with data panel, which is combination of time series and cross-sectional data, using secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange website and IDN Financials website. Mechanical sampling uses purposive sampling method with annual data and the research period from year 2016 to year 2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with normality test, classic as-sumption test (multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test) and t-statistical hypothesis test and f-statistic to examine the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this research indicated that Inventory Turnover (ITO), and Firm Size have a negative effect and significant on financial performance, but CR variable has a positive effect and not significant on financial performance. Meanwhile, the independent variables CR, ITO, and Firm Size have simultaneously a significant relationship to the dependent variable of financial performance. Coefficient of determination from this research indicates a figure of 42%, it shows that the variation of the independent variables CR, ITO, and Firm Size are able to explain the variations fluctuation dependent variable financial performance amounted to 42%, while the remaining 58% is affected by other independent variables
