Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work enivironment, and work motivation on employee performance (case study PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika). The research methodology used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from eighty five respondents in May 2019 by using questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by carrying out linearity test, normality tests, classic assumption tests (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and test t-statistical hypothesis and F-statistics to test the significance of the effect together with a significance level of 5%. Data analysis in the study using SPSS 23.0 The results of this study show that work environment partially have positive effect and not significant on employee performance of PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika. And work motivation partially have positive effect and significant on employee performance of PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika. And work environment and work motivation simultaneously have significant effect on employee performance of PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika. Contributions to the influence of Work Environment and Work Motivation to explain Employee Performance at PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika at (R2) 0.444 which is 44%.
