Abstract

The purpose of This research is to provide an illustration the application of the marketing mix consisting of product, Price, place, and promotion on the Uhuy Project in Tangerang to increased sales product.  The method of this reseach is used descriptive with qualitative approach method. The data using data obtained from the premiere data of an interview with the owner the Uhuy Project. The technique of collecting the sample is used of purposive sampling method with the total sample 31 customers Uhuy Project. 
The results of this research can be concluded based on each element of the marketing mix. Product using brand itself and has some animated designs with creative innovations in terms of design the great demand of customers. Friendly pricing for students, the price is pretty standard with quality guaranteed. The location is very strategic because it’s situated on the crowds and close to the school environment in the area of Curug Tangerang. The promotions conducted through stand event, discount, vouchers, and giveaway Instagram. Implementing the strategy of the marketing mic to increase sales product Uhuy Project quite effectively and efficiently because with some strategies of the marketing mix 4 p consisting of product, price, location and the promotion of effective increase of sales product Uhuy Project
